Dog faggot thrower

Yesterday a video started to circulate over the internet in which an incredibly cruel girl throws some puppies that are barely 1 month old, into the river. The puppies are kept in a bucket before throwing and there is no way that the puppies are strong or old enough to swim and survive the river’s currents. People got intensely frustrated and angry after watching the video and some even wanted to hurt this girl for doing such an inhumane thing. Yesterday everyone on the internet just wanted to get more information about the girl and why she did such a thing.

Well as it turns out some information has been uncovered by some people about the girl. Apparently the girl’s name is Katja Puschnik and she is believed to be Croatian. This is because she was speaking Croatian in the video. The person making the video is not yet known though.
But it is speculated to be her brother

Katja Puschnik has a Facebook account and her face is quite clear in her profile picture. She is believed to be 5 feet 6 to 8 inches tall and blonde. She was wearing a red sweater in the video and there was something written on the sweater. There is still no information however, about what drove the girl to do this cruel act that has angered billions of people in the world, or what reason was behind this act. For now people are just wondering what the possible reasons could be. Some people have written in some forums that the puppies might have had a deadly disease.

A 18 year old boy tried to make a meme and ended up making a fool of him self. He supposedly spammed 4chan and with all that still hadn't become a meme. This result is called a forced meme which is usually a fail one. A lot of people were also giving him messages such as "A meme is born and not made and to fake meme is to fake newfag"

Will he ever become a meme?

TL:DR

Meaning
•TL;DR is an online phrase commonly used in discussion forums as a response to previous posts that are deemed unnecessarily long and extensive; it’s short for Too Long; Didn’t Read. Due to its indiscriminate usage by many, tl;dr is frequently considered as spam or meaningless replies by those unaware of the term, as well as those who are familiar with the meaning.

Usage
•In cases of more courteous exchanges and serious discussions, TL;DR can be self-invoked by the original poster as a disclaimer to the readers and precedes a brief summary of the longer original text. On that note, if you don’t want your readers to be falling asleep at your long, boring blocks of text, do us all a favor and summarize it.

•Image macros of teal deers are sometimes used in place of “tl;dr”, due to it sounding close to “tee el dee are.”

RickRoll

Rickrolling is a bait and switch: a person provides a web link that he or she claims is relevant to the topic at hand (like this one), but the link actually takes the user to the 1987 Rick Astley video Never Gonna Give You Up. The URL can be masked or obfuscated so a future victim cannot determine the true source of the link without clicking (like this). If a dumb cluck does click and is led to a web page with the song, he or she is said to have been Rickrolled (also spelled Rickroll’d). It is a common opinion that the most attention-getting aspect of the video, is Rick’s unexpectedly deep voice. According to VH1’s PopUp Video, record executives who heard his recordings didn’t believe it was his voice at first.

It is also interesting to note that Family Guy had an episode that featured an entire school getting rick-rolled.

ManBaby

Manbabies are simple photoshops. It involves swapping the head of the man and the baby.

Manbabies.com is a single-topic site dedicated to this particular type of photoshoping and was launched in April 2008. The site received press coverage from an Australian newspaper in May 2008. The Kansas Star wrote a similar piece in August ’08.

From the Age interview:

Launched late last month by the two 22-year-olds from St Louis in the US state of Missouri, Man Babies does nothing more than host photos of man and child with their heads switched.

“Chase found this [head swap] photo on the net and after laughing for 15 minutes straight we started making our own,” said Truitt in a telephone interview, recalling the night he and his friend hatched their idea.

The pair showed their handiwork to family and friends and before they knew it, they were pulling together a website.

However, manbaby shoops can be found on Flickr dating back to 2006, the oldest being the below “Baby holding Bush”, uploaded by Ed Alkema and tagged “man, baby, manbaby”.

Demotivational Posters

Demotivational Posters, or demotivators for short. As its name suggests, Demotivational Posters are typically designed to discourage one’s moral strength and diminish one’s self-esteem. It usually consists of a picture, centered and bordered in black, with all-cap title written in white, and in some cases, a tagline written in smaller font. Among the most prevalent cases of image macros in existence today, Demotivators can be likened to baseball cards of internet memes, only if everyone made them and nobody really bought them.

Despair Inc. is widely credited as the origin of Demotivational Posters and they began making spoofs of motivational posters (often found in corporate offices) since 1998. You can click here to check out the original collection of Demotivators made by Despair Inc. Over the years, they spread consistently across online discussion boards like 4chan as well as the blogosphere. Today, they’re notable for the insanely large volume in circulation and their off-track varieties/derivatives.

All Your Base Are Belong to Us

“All Your Base Are Belong to Us” is a classic internet meme that has been commonly used since 1998. Most of the early versions took the form of flash animations, although the meme has spread to Youtube videos as well.

The horrible grammar present in “All Your Base” is an example of Engrish. Engrish is a phrase that is originally written in an Asian language but translated badly into its closest English approximation. Typical Engrish replaces L’s with R’s. Quite often, instances of All Your Base are accompanied by the song “Attack of the Gabber Robots” by The Laziest Men on Mars; a song created using samples from the game.

The phrase and game footage used in the meme come from the 1989 side-scrolling arcade shooter Zero Wing.

What exactly ARE memes?

Memes are anything you want them to be. They range from simple pictures and text critisizing certain things and actions. To reoccurring text that is either famous or infamous. An example of this is the famous Fresh Prince story. Which would start as an interesting story, usually relevant to the thread it is being posted in, and then finish with "I whistled for a cab and when it came near The license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror If anything I can say is that this cab was rare But I thought 'Man forget it' - 'Yo home to Bel Air".

Meme originated because of Richard Dawkins word play on the word gene. A meme is something that is distinct in a certain culture. Internet memes are most popular and have thousands of variations all over the internet. It is apparent that the internet has the most diverse culture and customs.

Trolling

A troll is someone who will state something only with the intention of stirring up controversy. Typically the statement is so absurd that only the most noobish of noobs will get offended and respond.

For example, one might purposefuly spel things wrong or use poor grammar, knowing that this will drive some people crazy, eliciting a response.

A more advanced troll might even spell things wrong in a post criticizing the spelling in someone else’s post, hoping to elicit an angry counter-reaction. Numerous forums and Usenet boards are dedicated to the fine art of what the NYTimes called “manipulating other people’s emotional equilibrium”.

Longcat

One of the older and more beloved 4chan image memes, Longcat is a cat who is quite long. Indeed his true length cannot be measured by mortal means as it passes through all dimensions of existence.

Within the Catnarok mythology (see Ceiling Cat) it is believed that one day Longcat will engage in a mighty final battle with his anti-self, Tacgnol (Protip: Longcat spelled backwards).

Sometimes this event is interpreted as the Apocalypse, while others take a more Taoist approach and consider it to be an eternal battle.

Below, an interpretation of Tacgnol and Longcat's epic battle.

Ken Lee

Ken Lee (“Can’t Live”) is a phonetic interpretation of Mariah Carey’s 1993 cover single and Badfinger’s classic love song "Without You" performed by Valentina Hasan, a contestant who auditioned for the Bulgarian TV show Music Idol in February 2008. Although Ms. Hasan didn’t make the cut to the next round of competition, her audition clip quickly spread through Bulgarian internet hubs and gained over four million views within the first month of debut on YouTube.

Advice Dog

Advice Dog is a series of popular image macros that first surfaced on 4chan in 2006. A typical example of Advice Dog depicts a cute puppy’s face against the background of a color wheel, often accompanied by unrelated advices and ridiculous instructions (ex: Do the laundry / Rob a bank). Since its debut, the series has spawned off several spin-offs, most notably the Philosoraptor, Courage Wolf and Socially Awkward Penguin.

Gingers HAVE SOULS

This meme originated from the youtube account CopperCab. It was a very clever troll attempt that enticed a lot of hate and a lot of sympathy. The video depicts a "ginger" ranting about his negative experiences at school following the South Park episode about gingers not having souls. He holds up the camera to his face on a slightly elevated angle with a park backdrop to make the video more dramatic. His use of language and tone also made his video slightly annoying. In one case, he holds up his hand as if it were a mouth and in a very high pitched voice shrieks "Oh look, HE'S A GINGER". It was later revealed that the video was a fake and he was mainly doing it to get popular. He even set up his own e-store where he sold shirts.

It became so widely popular because of it's spread on 4chan and it's acknowledgment by famous youtubers such as KassemG. He made more videos ranting on other subjects: his haters, and more specifically his arguement with the youtuber "IShatOnYou".

Hitler's Downfall / MEIN KAMPF!@!@!!!@@@11

Hitler's Downfall is pretty much what you would expect from a forced meme. This is an attempt to make something unhumorous, humorous on the web. It uses scene from a movie called "The Downfall", which also coincidentally comes from a German movie company. They use unhumorous subtitles to make people laugh which ultimately fails. People forcing these meme's are usually called "Bros". They are quite various and can occasionally appeal to people in similar situations.

Interior Crocodile Alligator

Bursting on to the YouTube scene in August 2008, Interior Crocodile Alligator (I Drive a Chevrolet Movie Theater) is the name given to a sound clip of a rap song that hadserious potential to become the next Rickroll. Like its predecessor, it's annoying, gets stuck in your head, and is easy to loop onto misleading viewers. Naturally, the sound clip had to have an source. Well, it turns out it's taken from a rapper known as "Chip Tha Ripper". The song itself was taken from a freestyle rap entitled "S.L.A.B. Freestyle". The lyrics containied everything you would hear in a mainstream rap song from money to cars, cars to clothes (clothes), I suppose, and being successful. The track contains unintentional hilarious lines, ending with the now famous lyrics, "Interior crocodile alligator, I drive a Chevrolet movie theater."
